Marquardt Property Management is a locally owned property management company serving Oakland and communities throughout the East Bay.
Founded as a family real estate business and built over generations, MPM combines longstanding local experience with modern property management systems and hands-on oversight. Today, we manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including single-family homes, small multifamily buildings, apartment communities, and larger investment properties.

Our services include leasing and marketing, applicant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, accounting, compliance support, and project coordination.

Nicole Norris leads Marquardt Property Management and represents the third generation of her family involved in the business.

With more than 20 years of experience in California real estate and property management, Nicole oversees the company’s operations, client relationships, property management standards, and continued growth.

Her approach combines local market knowledge with practical, hands-on management and a strong focus on accountability, communication, and protecting the long-term value of the properties MPM manages.

Under her leadership, Marquardt Property Management has grown into an established East Bay property management company serving a broad range of residential property owners and investors.
